1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and shell99 ("shell99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the shell99 platform available at https://shell99.cam and any associated services, content, tools or features (collectively, the "Platform").

shell99 provides English-language online casino entertainment information, sports betting guidance, payment references and responsible-gambling resources primarily for users located in Malaysia. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These Terms are published in English and govern your relationship with shell99. Where any translation exists for convenience, the English version shall take precedence.

2. Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below throughout these Terms and Conditions:

"User" / "you"	Any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform, whether or not a registered account holder.

"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback or other incentive offered by shell99 subject to specified wagering requirements and conditions.

"Intellectual Property"	All trademarks, logos, brand names, design elements, software, databases and other protected content owned by or licensed to shell99.

3. Account Eligibility

To register for an Account and use the transactional features of the shell99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. shell99 does not permit account registration by minors or individuals below the minimum age under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and keep that information updated.
• You must not already hold an active shell99 Account. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction or personal voluntary self-exclusion that prohibits access to gambling-related services.
• You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility — not shell99's — to determine whether your use of this Platform is lawful in your location.

4. Account Registration

When creating an Account with shell99, you must supply a valid and unique email address, a secure password and any additional information required by the registration form at the time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.

shell99 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or upon reasonable suspicion of unusual account activity. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or similar document);
• Evidence of ownership of any payment method linked to the Account (screenshots, bank statements or equivalent).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account restriction pending resolution. shell99 shall not be liable for losses resulting from delayed withdrawals where such delay is attributable to incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation supplied by the User.

You must not permit any third party to access or use your shell99 Account. Joint or shared accounts are prohibited. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of who carries out such activity.

5. Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, shell99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Specifically, you are permitted to:

• Browse and read Platform content, including payment guides, betting glossaries, game information and responsible gambling resources;
• Create and manage a single registered Account for eligible personal use;
• Make deposits and withdrawals through supported payment methods in accordance with applicable limits and procedures;
• Participate in eligible promotions and bonus programmes subject to stated terms and conditions;
• Contact shell99 support through the channels designated on the Platform.

All other uses of the Platform not expressly permitted by these Terms require prior written authorisation from shell99.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following while using the shell99 Platform:

• Register more than one Account or access the Platform on behalf of another individual without authorisation;
• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any support interaction;
• Exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in a manner that simulates human user activity;
• Engage in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to structured deposits designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent;
• Collude with other users or engage in any arrangement that constitutes match-fixing, arbitrage betting or coordinated fraud;
• Conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity through your Account;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or copy any portion of the Platform's software, design or content;
• Harass, threaten or harm shell99 staff, support agents or other users in any manner;
• Access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, without accepting full personal responsibility for any consequent legal liability.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonus credits, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law. shell99 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation without prior notice where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected.

7. Deposits & Payments

shell99 supports a range of deposit methods suited to Malaysian users, including e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT and others as available). Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and processing timeframes are subject to change and are displayed within the Account deposit section at the time of the transaction.

Key payment terms include the following:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount varies by method. Users should check the current minimum displayed in the Platform before initiating a transfer.
• Currency: Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) where a fiat method is used. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation.
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits typically reflect within minutes of successful authorisation. Bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation, which may take 15–30 minutes or longer depending on network conditions.
• Transaction records: You should retain transaction references and confirmation screens until deposits are reflected in your Account balance.
• Payment ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. shell99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of payment method ownership as part of KYC.

shell99 does not accept deposits from underage individuals, third parties or sources connected to unlawful activity. Any deposit identified as originating from a prohibited source may be reversed and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Account withdrawal section to an eligible payment method registered in your name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed the required KYC verification process before a withdrawal can be processed;
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonus funds must be satisfied in full before those funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• The withdrawal amount must fall within the current minimum and maximum limits displayed in the Platform;
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent eligible deposit where technically possible;
• Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals typically take 5–30 minutes after approval; bank withdrawals may take longer; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

shell99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay or suspend withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse or account irregularities are under investigation. The Platform will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems or network conditions.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

shell99 may offer promotional bonuses, cashback, free play credits or other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement creates a qualifying turnover obligation of MYR 1,500 in eligible games before withdrawal eligibility arises.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: Wagers placed while a bonus is active may be subject to a maximum bet limit (commonly MYR 250–500). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%; table games may contribute 10%–20%. The contribution schedule for each promotion will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the published validity window (typically 7, 14 or 30 days). Expired bonuses and associated balances will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Some bonuses impose a cap on the total amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This figure will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per user: Each promotion is available once per eligible Account unless stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional promotions will be suspended.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on the shell99 Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, graphics, logos, icons, design layouts, colour schemes, software code and databases — is owned by or licensed to shell99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited personal licence to view and print content from the Platform for your own non-commercial informational use. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing or republishing Platform content on any third-party website, publication or social media channel without prior written consent;
• Modifying, adapting, translating or creating derivative works from any Platform content;
• Using any shell99 trademark, logo or brand name in a manner that could cause confusion as to source or sponsorship;
• Scraping, data-mining or otherwise bulk-extracting content from the Platform by automated means.

11. Limitation of Liability

The shell99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, shell99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, uninterrupted availability or freedom from error.

shell99 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Direct or indirect financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted through the Platform;
• Technical interruptions, outages, data loss or payment delays attributable to third-party infrastructure, banking systems, e-wallet providers or cryptocurrency networks;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data or damage to reputation;
• Content inaccuracies where information is published in good faith based on the best available research at the time of publication.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, shell99's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value deposited by that User in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Responsible Gambling

shell99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of its platform. The following responsibilities and tools apply to all Users:

• Age restriction: shell99 is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Any attempt to register or use the Platform by a person under this age is a violation of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Deposit limits: Users may request the application of daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Such limits will take effect within a reasonable processing period and may not be increased immediately upon request.

13. Suspension & Termination

shell99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion or money laundering;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request relating to the Account;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request;
• Discovery that the User is below the minimum age of 21 years;
• Discovery that the User is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.

Where an Account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, withdrawals may be held pending resolution. If the Account is permanently closed following a finding of fraud or Terms breach, any balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at shell99's discretion without compensation.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting shell99 support. Pending bonus obligations and outstanding wagering requirements will be reviewed at the time of closure. Verified balances held in cleared funds may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

14. Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, bonus, account decision or Platform feature, Users should first contact shell99 support by email, providing full details of the issue, relevant transaction references and any supporting documentation. shell99 will endeavour to review and respond to all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to seek resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the operating operator's licensing jurisdiction. shell99 does not accept jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for matters relating to international online gambling operations. Users accept that local legal remedies may be limited or unavailable.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the international jurisdiction under which shell99 operates. By using the Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction applicable to shell99's operating entity, details of which are available upon request through the support contact.

15. Amendments to Terms

shell99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

Significant changes that materially affect User rights may be communicated by an in-Platform notice or email to the registered address on file, where technically practicable. shell99 cannot guarantee that all Users will receive such notices and recommends periodic independent review of these Terms.
